Where is With Grace located?
We're a skin clinic in Collingwood, in Melbourne's inner north located at 44 Smith St, a short distance from Fitzroy, Abbotsford and Richmond. You can reach us via the 86, 12 & 109 trams and 96 & 11 trams are a short walk away. There is metered 2 hour parking and some limited all day parking in the streets around the clinic.

What are your opening hours?
Monday: 10am-6pm Tuesday: 10am-6pm Wednesday: 10am-8pm Thursday: 10am-8pm Friday: 10am-6pm & Saturday: 9am-4pm

New clients start by choosing a Skin Discovery Session, either on its own or paired with a treatment suitable for a first visit. These options can be found under the ‘New client’ tab.

Do I need a consultation before my first treatment?
Yes. Every new client begins with a Skin Discovery Session, where we use medical skin imaging and an expert assessment to understand your skin before we treat it. It's how we build a plan around your skin rather than guessing. You can book it on its own or paired with a first treatment.

Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a $100 deposit secures your booking. It isn't an extra cost on top of your treatment. It goes toward your treatment or products on the day, or many clients keep it on file to hold future bookings. 

What's your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule or change an appointment. Changes made within 48 hours result in forfeiture of the deposit, and a new deposit is required to rebook; same-day cancellations or missed appointments are charged at the full price of the booked service. We keep this clear and firm so we can properly look after every client.

What is the $3 Green Fee?
It's a small fee added to treatments that goes toward running the clinic sustainably, including our Sustainable Salons recycling program. As a Certified B Corporation and a sustainable salon, we keep our environmental commitments funded rather than just talked about. Learn about our impact.

Should I wear makeup to my appointment?
Please come with clean skin where possible, without makeup or sunscreen, especially for your first visit. It lets us see your skin clearly with skin imaging and get an accurate reading. If you arrive in makeup, we'll cleanse it off, so it's never a problem.

Do you offer payment plans?
Afterpay is available on full-price treatments and products valued over $200. We'll talk you through your options at your appointment.

Are your treatments suitable for sensitive skin and all skin tones?
Yes. Much of how we work is tailored to sensitive and reactive skin, and we offer treatments, including our Aerolase laser, that are safe for all skin tones. We always assess your skin first and tailor everything to it. [Learn about Sensitive & Sensitised Skin]

Do you cater to men?
Absolutely. Skin health is for everyone, and With Grace is for all genders. Plenty of our clients are men, many of them new to skin treatments. You'll get the same straightforward, expert care and a plan with no fuss.

Are you a vegan or cruelty-free clinic?
We offer vegan options across our professional ranges, and sustainability sits at the core of how we operate as a Certified B Corporation. 

What skincare brands do you use?
We've built the clinic around professional, results-led ranges, led by DMK and Dermaviduals, alongside Prologic. These aren't products you'll find in a chemist or on a shelf; they're prescribed to suit your skin after a proper assessment. 

How long until I see results?
It depends on your skin and your concern. Some treatments give an immediate glow, while real skin change builds over weeks and months as your skin renews. We'll always give you an honest timeline at your Skin Discovery Session rather than overpromising.

Do I have to commit to a course or package?
No. We'll recommend what your skin genuinely needs, which is sometimes a course and sometimes not, and we'll explain why. You'll never be pressured into a package on the day.

Do I need a consultation, or can I book a treatment directly?
New clients begin with a Skin Discovery Session. After that, you can book most treatments directly, though some, like laser and light therapies, always need a suitability check first, no matter how long you've been a client. It's a step we don't skip.

Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes. With Grace gift vouchers can be used across treatments and products. Buy gift vouchers here.

Can I buy your skincare products without having a treatment?
Because our ranges are prescriptive, we recommend a Skin Discovery Session first so we can match products to your skin properly. Existing clients can easily repurchase their prescribed homecare. 

Do you offer skin health memberships?
Yes. Our memberships are for clients who treat skin health as ongoing rather than a one-off. 

Can you treat my skin if I'm going through cancer treatment?
Yes, with care. Emma is qualified in oncology esthetics, so we can safely look after skin that's reactive or compromised during and after cancer treatment. We'll always tailor everything to where you're at and work alongside your medical team where needed.
