We've meant that since day one. Some of it happens quietly behind the scenes, like what we put in the bin. Others you'll see and embrace, like the cut of every treatment that goes to causes important to you. We're proud of the lot, and honest that we're not done.
Certified B Corporation
In 2025, With Grace became a Certified B Corporation, one of the very few skin clinics in the world to hold it.
B Corp certification isn't something you can buy or claim for yourself. It's awarded by B Lab, an independent non-profit, to businesses that meet high verified standards across five areas: how they're governed, how they treat their workers, their customers, their community and the environment.
To certify, a business has to open its whole operation to assessment, evidence it, sit the interview, and legally commit to considering the impact of its decisions on everyone it touches, not just its bottom line. Then it has to do the whole thing again every three years, against standards that keep rising.
We scored 92.8, compared with a median of around 51, among businesses that complete the assessment. For a small skin clinic, getting there meant rethinking nearly everything, from the products we put on your skin to how we look after our team. We're proud of the number, and prouder of what we changed to earn it.
Sustainability
Our industry has a waste problem. Skin and beauty clinics generate an enormous amount of single-use rubbish, and most of it goes straight to landfill. We decided early that we wouldn't operate that way.
We've been a sustainable salon since we opened, partnering with Sustainable Salons to recycle the materials that would otherwise be thrown out, giving them a second life. We're one clinic in a network that has, together, diverted more than 2,455,040kg of waste from landfill since 2015, and every treatment you have with us adds to that total.
Where we can, we choose biodegradable single-use consumables, and the professional ranges we've built the clinic around, like Dermaviduals, DMK and Prologic, are chosen with the same care we give your skin, with vegan options available.
Social Responsibility
A clinic should serve more than the people on the treatment bed.
We partner with Dangerous Females, supporting their work in women's health and empowerment, so a contribution flows to that cause through the treatments we provide.
We also make quarterly donations on behalf of our clients, and rather than choose the causes ourselves, we let our clients choose them, so the giving reflects what matters to the people who come to us. Over the years, that's meant support for organisations including Olive Kids, the Leukaemia Foundation, Koala Hospital Port Macquarie and Elizabeth Morgan House, among others.
