Emma
Founder & Senior Skin Therapist

Emma started With Grace because nowhere offered both the things she believed in: serious clinical results and a room where you could genuinely relax. More than two decades in, skin has taken Emma to high-end spas in Canada, to the world of skin health and corneotherapy, and eventually to building the clinic she couldn't find. She trained in NeoLifting© in Paris, the intra-oral sculpting technique behind our signature lifting work, and she's qualified in oncology esthetics, so clients going through cancer treatment are cared for safely and with real understanding. Never without her signature red lip, Emma’s the most curious person in any room about skin, and she remembers the details that matter to you.

Amy
Senior Skin Therapist

Amy is in this for the long game with people. What she loves most isn't any single treatment, it's watching someone's confidence in their own skin grow over months of showing up, and being part of a clinic where that kind of slow, real change is the whole point. She's spent over a decade in the industry, focusing entirely on skin at With Grace since 2022. Get her in the treatment room and NeoLifting© and skin needling are her specialties. Outside the clinic she plays music, cooks, and is happiest walking somewhere green with something good in her ears.

Phoebe
Senior Skin Therapist

Phoebe first came to With Grace as a client. The experience sparked a full career change, sending her back to study, and she joined the team in 2021. She loves the detective work of a consultation, discovering the root cause of a skin concern, and the trust that builds with someone over time. With a real soft spot for enzyme therapy, she was the 2025 Victoria/Tasmania finalist for DMK Skin Revision Technician of the Year. An inner-north local, she walks Yarra Bend most mornings, follows the rugby league, reads widely, and always has a craft project on the go.

Shiane
Dermal Clinician

Shiane's gift is translation: taking the genuinely complex science of skin and making it something you can understand and do something about, which is exactly what you want from the person caring for your skin. Part of the With Grace team since 2021, Shiane has a Bachelor of Dermal Science and eight years in the industry, with training across DMK, Dermaviduals and Prologic. The curiosity and discipline behind all that show up outside the clinic too: she's climbed ten mountains, Everest Base Camp the standout, and clocked more than 500 Lagree classes. The same person who'll get herself up a summit is the one looking after your skin.

Trisha
Dermal Clinician

Trisha likes puzzles. She's drawn to the tangled, multifactorial conditions, acne and rosacea, the ones with their causes knotted up below the surface, and she's chasing a lymphatic accreditation to take that work further still. Her whole focus is on sending you home understanding your own skin, not just knowing it's been treated. She holds a Bachelor of Dermal Science and joined With Grace in 2024, and she's happiest with a skin needling or Aerolase treatment on her schedule. Outside the clinic she's a dog mum, an AFL fan, and training toward a bodybuilding competition, so the gym claims most of her days off.
